How do you deal with an ex who is stalking you?

We went together for about 6 months and it got too serious too fast and I broke it off. Now, he won't stop following me and trying to get me back. I have made it clear I don't want him and will call the law if he doesn't stop stalking me. I'm miserable and getting scared. How do you deal with an ex who is stalking you?
Call Police.

Get Restraining Order.

When you call...have a log with dates and times of all activity (calls, emails, texts, personal visits, drive-by's, etc.).How do you deal with an ex who is stalking you?
You told him that you will call the law if he doesn't stop stalking you, so stick to your word. This is especially important because if you don't, he will keep pushing it. Even if you call the police eventually after extreme harassment, he will probably try to push the envelope on some type of restraining order. If you are scared, call the police!!
You already threatened to get the law involved, if he's still bothering you than you need to make good on that threat. Keep a log of everything he does and go to the police. Don't erase any phone messages/texts/notes he leaves for you as they could be used as evidence/proof that he's stalking you.
this is called stalking and harassment there are laws for this..warn him that if he doesn't put an end to this you will file a police complaint..that should get him to back off.if that doesn't work file the complaint..these things need to be taken very serious before something bad happens to you.
It appears you need a Restraining Order against this person. If you get one and this person violates the requirements of the order that person will go to jail.Do this as fast as possible,Good Luck
Tell him you are going to call the police and then just do it. That is if he is really stalking you....not just kinda sorta following you around. He sounds like a creeper....
if you're still at home, tell ur family. They can help. If not, then go to the police,... cuz evidently he's not getting the hint
